By accessing or using Venture ("the Platform"), operated by Wamaaz Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Venture is a marketplace for connecting entrepreneurs and angel investors. The Platform facilitates discovery, messaging, and information sharing. Venture does not facilitate, execute, or guarantee any investments or financial transactions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for illegal activities
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Upload harmful or misleading content
Attempt to bypass security measures

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Venture a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

6. Verification Badges

Verification badges indicate that a subscription has been purchased. They do not constitute endorsement or guarantee of identity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Venture and Wamaaz Ltd are not liable for any investment decisions, financial losses, or disputes between users arising from use of the Platform.
